I must say it's much more comfortable and certainly notice it's presence far less than anything I've used thus far, including dental office custom made night guard.

"I loved my night guard. Unfortunately, I grinded through it in less than two months. I flipped it upside-down and wore it on my top teeth. I found it to be ultimately more comfortable wearing it like that. I can't wear the more bulky ones as they hurt more than help. Now if I could just afford more as my daughter and myself are serious bruxers."

"I do not understand how most of these people say that they can not even feel this night guard. I constantly feel it and it actually hurts my mouth. This is my first night guard, dentist just told me that I grind my teeth when I sleep but I have some trouble with the guard staying in place. It is definitely not comfortable and I am just hoping that I get used to it. "

"It is great that I can not even tell that I am wearing it at night; however, i just wish the material used to make the bit wings were more durable. Maybe a harder substance. Also, there needs to be an easier way to rinse the guard out. I have a hard time rinsing out from the nights use. Saliva gets into the area were the guard adjusts and I just ca not get it out ."
