Instructions: Clean and dry the bracket or wire area causing irritation. Peel foil and remove wax dot or push wax dot through the foil. Remove any foil that adheres to the wax. Press wax onto bracket wire. Repeat as needed.

"The dots work great. I am also an adult with braces (first time) and the only ones my orthodontist passes out are the fruit ones-I was glad to find these mint ones-less attention to my mouth the better. They are difficult to remove but worth the effort in my opinion. "

"I just started Invisalign treatment and have been using wax on certain sharp areas of the aligners. While I have also had trouble getting the wax out of the packaging, I did find that this product is softer than the flat packs, and I don't have to "massage" it as long to apply it. It does its job well."

"It is not easy to get the dots out of the packaging. They do not pop right out out the package, you have to really work at getting it out. When I finally do get it out, there is not enough wax so I have to use more than 1 for each brace. It is very messy, not at all what I anticipated. I will not purchase these again. "

"It's a great idea but the dots are too small (I have adult braces). Also - it was a mess trying to get them out of the packaging. Mine sure didn't pop out of the packaging at all. I'd suggest bigger 'dots' and easier packaging. The little mirror on the back of the box is a great idea though. I tried the fruit flavored dots. "

"These little dots are such a great idea. I am one of those people who got braces as an adult, which is embarrassing enough as it is. I seem to get so busy during the day, that I hate to take the time to go through the mess of the normal wax that the orthodontist gives out. These dots are so quick and easy that I can just pop one out, and I'm good to go."
