STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

Proper care of your Dentek Nightguard will extend its life.

After each use, rinse the denal protector in cool water or mouthwash. Never use hot water on your dental protector as it might lose its shape.
Store in the hygienic storage container when not in use.

"I found easy to heat up to fit to my bite and once done is comfotable and stays on my top teeth pretty well. Over all Very good rating.

"This mouthguard is ill fitting, is painful to wear and hurts my front teeth. It's so uncomfortable that I find that I often force it out of my mouth during the night. On the bright side it has stopped the grinding (when I'm able to keep it in my mouth, that is) but I am left to wonder if it's damaging my other teeth due to the fact it doesn't fit properly. "

"It hurts my front teeth alittle...I may have formed it to tightly. My TMJ pain has gotten better though, so I can't complain. My daughter and husband now have one also and it is working great for them too."

"I was hoping it would be a little more comfotable than it is, feels a little to big in places but I do like the product, maybe I didn't fit it correctly to fit better. I am unsure "

"If you find the products made at the dentist too hard and uncomfortable, this night guard could be just the thing for you. For a small price, I would recommend trying it out. I've had TMJ since I got my wisdom teeth out almost 25 years ago and this nightguard was pretty easy to re-size and has definitely relieved my pain."

"I am so glad I found your product. I have had TMJ for about 20 years and I have paid roughly $1000 for a new night guard every 1-2 years (maybe a few years longer in the early days) and I have never had the comfort that I feel using your product (except for maybe in the early days). I can’t believe this $20 night guard is doing the trick for me!!!! I was real skeptical at first, but I was having so much trouble finding a TMJ Doctor who could make a decent night guard and so I was having a lot of facial pain. My jaw would be almost locked every morning. First thing I would do when I got up in the morning is get a warm moist washcloth to hold over my jaw to loosen it up. I have only been using your product for the past 3 nights, but I have not had to use the moist heat! Thank you!

There a couple of things I would suggest tweaking on your night guard, but what do I know.

"Though I was told this would not help treat my TMJ pain, I bought it anyway. I have used this product for a few months now and let me tell you I haven't felt better. this product helps fill the space difference in my jaw due to a raised wisdom tooth. I put this in when i go to bed and I wake up with no pain AT ALL!! This is this best product I have ever bought not to mention cheaper than going through my dentist. Thanks Dentek ^^"

"I have used this unit for about a year. It feels like you
have a mouth full of wax, not to mention it can trigger
your gag reflex from time to time. I thought it was because
I wasn't used to it.
I tolerated it just because I value my teeth and smile.
Since I have replaced this unit with the New Comfort Fit
Nightguard, and seriously I LOVE IT. Very comfortable and
you can't feel it after a few minutes. VERY VERY NICE!"
