History is full of child prodigies, like 5-year-old Mozart composing symphonies, or King Tut ruling a nation at 9 years old. This just goes to show that you're never too young to do great things. In celebration of greatness that comes in small packages, DenTek designed a flosser just for kids. The fruit flavor and crazy colors make flossing fun, while the wide handles and fluoride-coated floss ensure your child's oral health is in good hands. If only teaching good habits was this easy all the time!

Fun Flossers
Let's face it, no matter how well-disciplined a kid may be, motivation is often needed where dental hygiene is concerned. What child can deny that Wild Fruit flavored floss is fun? Combine this kind of design genius with wide, textured handles, specially made for small fingers and pre-strung, fluoride-coated floss, and you have a recipe for success. What are you waiting for? Instill good dental hygiene habits in your kids today.

Flossing Instructions: Hold flosser firmly between thumb and index finger. Using a gentle back-and-forth motion, slide floss between teeth. Move up & down against tooth to clean above & below the gum line. Repeat steps for each tooth. Discard after use.

"My 9 year old loves flossing with these. They are a good size for his mouth and teeth. he loves the colors and scent. In fact the other night he went into the bathroom and flossed with help or being told to do so! I am so glad I ordered 2 packages."

"Oh, we are loving these! The fruity smell and neon colors are just frills, the floss seems to glide in smoothly, though the angle is a little awkward. It still shreds a bit and gets caught in a few of my teeth, but it's been better than most of these types of products. ☺"

"I was very disappointed to find out that they changed Fun flossers. It has been a year since I use this Fun Flossers for my son, recomended by his dentist. It was easy to use. I believe it was the beggining this year, I noticed the floss didn't go smooth as it used to be. I was hoping that this could be only a bag of flosses, but so far I couldn't find the one that I used to like. I can even tell without using it. So now it is very difficult to use and I am very sad about it.

I think Renee_A's review below explains it also. I believe she used new Fun floss. Yes, I have to saw, saw, and saw with this new floss. I HATE IT!!!

Dentek, please make old type floss for kids... and I would love to give excellent review. I really hope!!!"

"My daughter had been using an adult version flosser with a pointed pic type stem so we switched to the fun flossers as were were afraid of her hurting herself if she fell with the other type. We found these 'fun' flossers very difficult to use. They state they are 'flouride coated' but they don't state that they are waxed. It was like flossing with a rough spun twine you'd find in your shed, lots of sawing action and very time consuming relative to the other flossers we'd been using. She only has four molers that are touching on each the top and bottom of her mouth but it's been so difficult to 'saw' between these teeth, we've switched back to the other type, to keep the dental hygiene experience as positve as possible for the long term. I had tried these flossers myself and they are problematic, the plastic will flex with too much pressure, you have to saw, and saw, to get it through. I am trying to find an alternative use for these, as I'd purchased several bags, I may give them to the school's art class to see what they could do with them as I wouldn't wish them used on another child."

"After using Fun Flossers once, my 3-year-old asked when he could floss his teeth again...unbelievable. Now, it's a nightly ritual he looks forward to. I LOVE this product and highly recommend it to all moms and dads out there!!"

"Our 2-year old daughter LOVES using these at night. Her Daddy counts each tooth as he flosses it. It is a great way to teach counting, and keep healthy teeth."
